Who we are

Built by people who have done the work.

Resilient Ground Advisory brings together hands-on leadership experience across nonprofits, behavioral health, healthcare, public-sector partnerships, community development, funding, and technology. We work alongside organizations rather than from a distance—learning the system first, finding what can move now, and building the capacity, partnerships, tools, and funding needed for what comes next.

Founder profile

Michael Hall

Founder & Principal, Resilient Ground Advisory

Michael Hall is a consultant, strategist, and builder focused on helping organizations and communities turn complex challenges into practical, sustainable systems. His work spans nonprofit leadership, rural behavioral health, treatment and recovery services, community partnerships, grant strategy, organizational development, and technology—giving him a perspective shaped not only by advising organizations, but by doing the work alongside them.

After leaving the corporate world, Michael stepped into nonprofit leadership and quickly learned what it means to operate where resources are limited and expectations are not. He has balanced budgets, written and managed grants, developed programs, coordinated community partners, supported treatment and recovery systems, and helped organizations navigate the gap between a good idea and the infrastructure required to make it work. His experience in rural behavioral health brought him especially close to the challenges created when providers, nonprofits, public agencies, funders, and community partners are all working toward similar outcomes through disconnected systems.

Consulting is the passion. Fundlucent and WellReady are how that work gets operationalized.

Michael founded Fundlucent to give nonprofits and community organizations a clearer way to manage funding, grants, collaboration, reporting, donors, volunteers, projects, and outcomes in one place. He later developed WellReady around the realities of behavioral health and recovery—connecting treatment operations, recovery housing, peer support, community programs, engagement, communication, and outcomes around the people being served.

Through Resilient Ground Advisory, those platforms become part of a much larger toolkit. Technology is never the starting point. The work begins by coming into a community, seeing how the system actually operates, listening to the people closest to it, identifying where momentum already exists, and then building the strategy, partnerships, funding, workflows, measurement, and technology needed to move forward.

Michael's goal is not to leave organizations with another report or another piece of software. It is to help build stronger local capacity, better connected systems, and communities that are more capable of solving the next challenge long after the engagement ends.

How we begin

Come. See. Listen.

We begin by showing up. We learn how care is delivered, where friction lives, what the community is asking for, and which strengths are already present.

That understanding becomes the foundation for strategy that fits the place, earns trust, and can be carried forward by the people doing the work.
